Moroccan Ground Turkey Meatballs Recipe

Moroccan Ground Turkey Meatballs

What You Need

1/2 cup water
1 cup STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. each ground coriander and ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided
2 cups CLASSICO Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce

Make It

Heat oven to 400°F.

Add water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, cover rimmed baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray.

Add turkey, egg, dry seasonings and 1 Tbsp. cilantro to stuffing; mix just until blended.

Roll into 20 meatballs, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter; place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 16 to 18 min. or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce in small saucepan on medium-low heat, stirring frequently.

Transfer meatballs to platter; top with pasta sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.

Get out the ground cumin and cinnamon to serve turkey cutlets—Moroccan style! This fragrant and flavorful skillet dish is sure to become a new favorite.

What You Need

1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. turkey cutlets, cut into thin strips
2 navel oranges
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Make It

Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Pour over turkey in shallow bowl; stir to evenly coat turkey. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, squeeze juice from 1 orange. Cut remaining orange in half, then cut each half into thin slices.

Cook turkey, in batches, in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Return all turkey to skillet; stir in orange juice, orange slices, raisins and pine nuts. Cook and stir 3 min. or until turkey is done. Remove from heat.

Stir in mint.
