Ingredients
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Process peanuts and salt in a food processor until desired consistency, about 5 minutes, scraping down sides as needed. Add honey; process just until blended. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: about 1 cup.
